Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons 3 olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon 1 minced garlic

  • 0.5 tablespoon 0.5 crushed red pepper flakes

  • 0.25 teaspoon 0.25 black pepper (coarsely ground)

  • 2 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into thin strips)

  • 0.25 teaspoon 0.25 salt

  • 1 cup 1 marinara sauce

  • 1 cup 1 alfredo sauce

  • 0.5 cup 0.5 peas (cooked)

  • 1 lb 1 rigatoni pasta (al dente)

  • 2 tablespoons 2 butter

  • Grated parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes (for garnish)

Directions

  • Saute garlic with olive oil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper for several minutes at medium-high temperatures.
  • Stir in chicken strips and season the mixture with salt, marinara sauce, and alfredo sauce. Mix these ingredients well and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add peas and butter to the mixture. When the butter melts, add the al dente pasta and toss until well coated.
  • Serve with some grated cheese and red pepper flakes.
