Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and steam those broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Chop the broccoli and combine it with breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and flour, with a dash of seasoning.
- Roll that mixture into bite-sized balls, ready for their cheesy adventure.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, and if you’re feeling adventurous, broil them for extra crispiness.
- Cool slightly and serve these cheesy bites with marinara or ranch.
Notes
