Philly cheesesteak pizza
1 recipe pizza crust (my favorite is this one)
1 onion, sliced thin
3/4 lb thin sliced steak, cooked
1/3 c tomato sauce (I used canned)
3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
3-4 slices of provolone cheese, cut into squares
Prebake your pizza crust for 20 minutes. Heat 1 T olive oil in a skillet, then add the onions and turn the heat down to low. Cook about a half an hour, until soft and lightly browned. Spread tomato sauce over the crust, then sprinkle with steak (you can use deli roast beef if you'd like) and then scatter onions on top. Spread cheeses over the top, and bake 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Let sit 5 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
